EA Sports have released the first glimpse of FIFA 20, which will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and for the PC. There are many new features that will improve on the games you already know and love.
So what’s new?
To name a few things; Volta, Football Intelligence, Authentic Game Flow and user controlled Decisive Moments – you’ll be at the centre of the action like never before!

New, more realistic gameplay introduces Decisive Moments that give the user more control over the outcome of the match. You can choose several different options at the time of a Decisive Moment including; Composed Finishing, new Strafe Dribbling and a Set Piece Refresh, you'll have increased input in the key stages of each game.
How have the visual aspects been improved?
The new Ball Physics system has allowed a new level of realism to be reached with a greater variety of outcomes. There are new shot trajectories, realistic tackling and physics-driven ball behaviour.
VOLTA Football – FIFA Street is back!
After the initial street football aspect was released back in FIFA 12 as FIFA Street, it was then removed in the further releases of the game. Fans will be excited to learn that is has finally returned, or at least partly as Volta! Taken from the Portugese ‘to return’, Volta mode takes football to the streets with smaller sided football matches. There are more skill moves in the gameplay, and different versions of game play; Futsal, 4 a side, 5 a side and rush matches (where there is no goal keeper).
The question remains, after the critical and user acclaim that came with the first permutation of this gameplay – why did EA take it away for the games following FIFA 12? All we know is it’s big and it’s back! These games take place in football playgrounds across the world “from an underpass in Amsterdam, to a neighbourhood cage in London, to a Tokyo rooftop" with an entirely customisable experience where you can build your player, pick your kit and express your personal style.
EA have acknowledged this as the return of FIFA Street by allowing players to play in locations that were originally seen in FIFA Street.
