IT Support and Service Desk

Solve-IT offer Service Contracts allowing authorised users access to our fully managed Service Desk.

This service can be accessed from anywhere; via phone or email, and we resolve over 90% of all calls remotely. 

Faults within your IT environment will be resolved to predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and we often surpass our targets, consequently improving customer satisfaction.

These Service Contracts are pre-defined, priced according to your business needs and cover a 12 month period.  Services are reviewed and reported on a quarterly basis to ensure consistent service levels are maintained. 

Bundled IT Support Services

Solve-IT can offer bespoke IT Service Support Packages in the form of pre-paid Service Desk time. These are purchased in the form of 5-hour, 10-hour and 20-hour bundles, discounted for pre-payment.

This entitles authorised users to access the services provided by our Service Desk Engineers during normal business working hours.

Service Levels can be added to this package to fully benefit from the more conventional Service Contract Packages and can be drawn on as and when required.

These packages can also be used for out of business hours work, agreed in advance and charged at x1.5 premium rate.

Token System Support

Solve-IT offers a Token System for customers who already have on-site IT Support and would like to extend their services on a case by case basis.

This allows a business to utilise the experienced Solve-IT Support Engineers for either specific projects/rollouts or simply a 3rd line Service Desk. 

Service Levels are pre-agreed with the Token System and can be drawn on at any time during a pre-agreed service period.
